The bio is optional, and can contain information about what you will be using the footage for. The bio helps us learn a little bit more about the people who have visited and purchased from us. If you clicked the option to receive information from us (during the registration process) this just means that you may receive marketing materials from ProAerialVideo.com from time to time sharing new additions to the site and any other news we find to be exciting.

None of the personal information collected during the registration process will ever be shared with another company or third party.

If you do not want to receive promotional and/or marketing materials from ProAerialVideo.com, just log into your user account and click on the User Settings and opt-out of emails. This will turn off all promotional emails, and updates from us to you permanently.

Changing or Updating Information
If you would like to update or change your personal information you can do so directly from your user account. Just Log in and click on the User Settings Tab and you will have full access to all the information you submitted during your registration process.
Purchasing
When you purchase footage from ProAerialVideo.com, we ask you complete a standard order form that requests certain information from you including credit card information and billing address. Once the information has been used to complete the transaction, it is discarded. Your credit card information may be stored in your secured records (unless you choose to opt-out), and we may store your mailing and shipping address information for future reference. All credit card numbers are stored outside the database on a secure system for your saftey from hackers.
Cookies
When you visit ProAerialVideo.com, ProAerialVideo.com sends your computer a cookie, which is a small file that resides on your computer's hard drive and contains non-personally identifiable information about the user. Cookies only identify the user's computer. Cookies allow ProAerialVideo.com to make its Web site more useful by storing information about your preferences. If you leave the site, without purchasing, the videos will still be in your cart when you return.

However, for your protection we never keep credit card records online, all reference to credit cards are kept securely offline upon your request, otherwise we destroy the record of the credit card number after the transaction has gone through.
